Basic Trademark/Logo/Product Image usage guidelines

  • Prior approval from FutureLogic is required for artwork, ad copy, articles, press releases, web sites, etc., which may use any trademark, stylized mark, and/or images including product images belonging to FutureLogic.
  • The first instance of a trademarked name must include the correct marking of ™ or ®.
  • Trademarks, logos, and/or product images must not be used in any fashion where customers may misconstrue the trademark, logo, or product to be the property of your company and not of FutureLogic.
  • When and where possible, a trademark owner's statement should be used such as:
    [one mark] ______ is a trademark or registered trademark of FutureLogic, Inc. in the United States and/or other countries. [plurality of marks] ______ are trademarks or registered trademarks of FutureLogic, Inc. in the United States and/or other countries.
