Manufacturer's Rep AESI Becomes "Authorized Service & Warranty Facility" for FutureLogic's Thermal Printers
February 13, 2004-FutureLogic, Inc. announces its worldwide manufacturer's representative, Advanced Electronics Systems, Inc. (AESI), is now an authorized service and warranty facility for FutureLogic's industry leading line of thermal printers for cashless gaming applications.
Under this agreement, casinos in the Las Vegas area, Atlantic City, the Gulf Coast, and other key gaming centers will benefit from quick turnarounds should their printers ever need servicing. Previously, printers were returned to FutureLogic's manufacturing center, Arizona-based FLM, for warranty or repair service.
"After a long and successful partnership with AESI, this arrangement is a natural progression," said Nick Micalizzi, FutureLogic's Director of Gaming. "Now that AESI is servicing our printers locally, they are providing our casino customers with a complete sales and service package on our behalf."
