FutureLogic, Inc. was founded in 1983 as an electronic design consulting business.
Today, FutureLogic provides both standard and customized printer solutions for a
wide range of applications, including casino/ gaming vouchers, gas pump receipts,
medical devices, POS coupons, and labels for assembly-line products.
FutureLogic’s management, engineering, research and development are headquartered
in Glendale, California. FutureLogic’s management team has more than 80 years combined
experience in printing and related industries. Our engineering staff has established
a reputation for developing reliable, innovative solutions that help reduce operating
expenses, improve end-user satisfaction and enable new game concepts.
Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing operations are located in a 30,000 square foot facility in Phoenix,
Arizona that includes dedicated high-volume production lines and state-of-the-art
test and inspection equipment. Experienced, highly trained personnel ensure efficient,
high-quality production of FutureLogic's award winning thermal printers.
FutureLogic International
London, UK
In keeping with our mission to provide “Global Support and Local Knowledge” FutureLogic
Europe, a 7000 square foot facility near London, was launched in 2004. This operation
helps us deliver more efficient sales and service to our large established European
client base, and provide engineering solutions based on specific local requirements.
Macau, China
In 2006 we expanded our global support and distribution network into the Asia Pacific
market, with the official opening of a new sales, service and distribution center
in Macau, China. By combining local service strategies with a global suppport infrastructure,
FutureLogic is able to provide a rapid response to OEM and casino requests for new
product development, as well as changes in firmware, ticket design, language, graphics
and other peripheral functionality.
Sydney, Australia
In 2010, FutureLogic supplemented its service and support platform with the opening of an office in Sydney, Australia. Our Strategic Business Units in Asia and Australia show FutureLogic's commitment to providing on-the-ground service and support to all our OEM and Operator customers across the region.
